Refund policy

Custom products or modified versions of standard products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Cristina.sorelle@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom Projects: We require a elevation drawing of the surface you would like covered by the wallpaper or artwork of your choice. This drawing must be exact to the quarter inch.  Custom design fees may be applied.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within 5 calendar days, the original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier, and photos are provided of the damage. Please call 310 9362991 or e-mail Cristina.sorelle@gmail.com within 5 calendar days to make a claim.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty: Sorelle Fine Arts warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase. Sorelle Fine Arts reserve the right to inspect the damaged product before having any obligation under this limited warranty. All costs of shipping for inspection are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Sorelle Fine Arts, at it’s option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Sorelle Fine Arts is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation. Our warranty extends to products purchased only by the original purchaser.

Care and Maintenance: All products should be cared for with instructions applicable to that product. Failure to do so may void product warranty.

Availability: Sorelle Fine Arts LLC does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change the technical specifications of its products at any time without notice. Our standard lead time is 5 weeks for production after receipt of payment and verified site dimensions (may be longer for complex projects).

Expedite OrdersSorelle Fine Arts LLC works to ship all orders in a timely matter, however rush ordering is available for an additional 30% of retail value.

Payment terms: We accept payment by credit card, check, and bank wire (with a fee) for international orders. For trade account orders we ask that payment be made by check or bank wire (with a fee). Cancellations: Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept cancellation of rush orders once payment is received.
